Mark Lohr

Retired Itinerant CFO, Jamaica Plain, MA

Mark Lohr joined the board in 2019 after a sufficiently long career in finance, working with companies ranging from 5-person start-up software companies to technology and operating divisions of companies with $1B+ annual budgets. Mark particularly likes working with small, growing organizations – both for-profit and non-profit – for their immediacy and focus on mission. Besides Passim, Mark serves as a mentor at Hyde Square Task Force in Boston in their program to help local kids get into and stay in college, many of them 1st generation to attend. He lives in Jamaica Plain with his wife Joni, an avid and recognized photographer for many local music and non-profit groups. Both are frequent audience members of Passim events, both live and streamed, when they are not doting on their grandson.
