For over thirty years Brad Paul has actively promoted a wide variety of music through his work as radio host and producer, video producer and director, and as VP of Promotion for Concord Music Group and SVP of National Promotion for Rounder Records. During his tenures at CMG and Rounder he promoted artists as diverse as Alison Krauss, Robert Plant, Steve Martin, Paul Simon, Gregg Allman, Willie Nelson, The Chieftains, Alejandro Escovedo, Raul Malo, Madeleine Peyroux, Burning Spear, Del McCoury, Charles Brown, Irma Thomas, Bela Fleck, The Jayhawks, and Nanci Griffith to a variety of radio formats including AAA, Americana, country, folk, and syndicated programs from National Public Radio and Public Radio International.

As an Executive Producer, Brad’s credits include the Telly Award winning and Emmy nominated PBS television program; The Rounder Records’ 40th Anniversary Concert Special, Alison Krauss’ 100 Miles Or More GAC TV Special (also a Telly Award winner). As a Producer & Director, Brad’s credits include video bios, “behind the scenes,” and performance videos for many well known and developing artists. His radio production credits include The Club 47 50th Anniversary radio special for WGBH, Paul Simon’s So Beautiful or So What – A Guided Tour national radio special, and Robert Plant & Alison Krauss’ Raising Sand national radio special. Brad hosted and produced Folk On WGBH (Boston’s NPR affiliate) from 2004 to 2009 and “The Folk Show” on WEVO (New Hampshire Public Radio) from 1988 to 1991. While attending Emerson College he produced and hosted “Live At Passim” and “The Coffeehouse” on WERS. He is a founding member of the Americana Music Association and has served on its Board of Directors for thirteen years, three of those years as President of the Board.

In 2013 Brad started Brad Paul Media, a full service radio promotion, artist development, and video production company.
