Mina Kim
Hailed as “eloquent” by the Boston Globe, Korean-born cellist Mina Kim has been a vibrant presence in Boston’s music scene since 2010. She performs with the Rasa String Quartet and Trio Oko, teaches at Phillips Exeter Academy and the College of the Holy Cross, and co-founded the Queer Ensemble Project to bring chamber music to LGBTQ+ seniors and youth. Mina has performed internationally, including her Carnegie Hall debut in 2017 with Rosin, and contributed to GRAMMY-winning recordings. She holds a Doctor of Musical Arts degree from the New England Conservatory and is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of cellists.
