THIS IS AN IN-PERSON CLASS

Learn to play recognizable fingerstyle instrumentals, intros, and/or solo breaks on ukulele using a technique called “chord melody,” in which you pluck a melody and chords at the same time. We’ll start with very easy fundamentals including reading tablature, plucking and strumming, before diving into a few approachable chord melody songs, then look at how you can begin making your own chord melody arrangements!
Some prior experience required; please be comfortable with essential chords and strumming up and down. Barre chords and prior tablature reading experience are helpful but not required.
