The Unfaithful Servants

  • Bluegrass

The Unfaithful Servants, have become one of Canada’s must-see acts. Known for explosive instrumentals, soaring harmonies, and powerful songwriting, they deliver a thrilling mix of folk, bluegrass, and Americana.

Kelly Nakatsuka (CBC/Islands Folk Festival) calls them “one of the most exciting bands from Vancouver Island in some time… gorgeous harmonies, fine songwriting, beautiful instrumental interplay and some seriously rippin’ solos.”

With standout performances at Canada’s top festivals (Salmon Arm Roots & Blues, Vancouver Island Music Fest)—as well as a Canadian Folk Music Award nomination for New Group Of The Year—the Servants are gaining national attention. Their new album Fallen Angel marks their boldest step yet.

Featuring mandolin virtuoso Jesse Cobb, prolific songwriter Dylan Stone, young fiddle prodigy Quin Etheridge- Pedden, and anchored by bassist Mark Johnson, The Unfaithful Servants embody “explosive instrumental prowess” (Bob Remington, Cowichan Bluegrass Festival) and “a sound that’s daringly original” (Oliver Swain, Seaside Festival).
