“Enchanting!” “Spellbinding!” “Modern myth making” Heartwood presents: The Well Tree- an original storytelling musical. Heartwood is a trio of singers and instrumentalists creating new music born from time in wild places. Join them for an all-ages, participatory journey through story and song- illustrated with a ‘crankie’ – an illuminated hand-cranked scroll made by papercut artist Jennifer Jones. The three members of Heartwood – Heidi Wilson, Willy Clemetson, and Sarina Partridge – are the actors, musicians and crew that runs the crankie. Come and let your body be filled with the magic of wild music and live storytelling!
