Instructor will Zoom online students into the classroom via iPad.

This class is for you if you’ve never played the guitar before, and maybe haven’t ever played any musical instrument. Most people are inspired to learn to play because they want to be able to play their favorite songs and play music with other people. If you can relate, this class will get you started on your journey to be able to do just that.  Each week, you’ll learn new chords and ways to strum by learning a new song because it’s easier and way more fun that way. Bring a guitar and a flat pick.

This class will be held from 6:30-7:45pm ET on Thursdays, May 2, 9 (on Zoom), 16, 23, June 6

Please note: Limited to students 16 yrs of age or older; Pre-sales are highly encouraged! Sales end 1 hour before the class begins. 3 students are required for this class to meet. If a class is canceled due to low enrollment, you will be notified and receive a full refund.

Janet Feld is an award-winning performing songwriter, appearing at folk festivals and coffeehouses from coast to coast throughout a nearly four-decade career. She’s been teaching general music classes and private lessons to people of all ages since the 1980s.
