How to Construct a Guitar Solo in Bluegrass

What do you do when it’s time to take a solo on a Bluegrass song? In this workshop we will take a look at a few approaches to construct solos and how to effectively practice executing them. We’ll be using common repertoire in the Bluegrass tradition. Pre-requisite: know your open chords (D, G, C, A, E, Aminor, Dminor), bonus pre-requisite but not necessary: Know how to play a G major scale in Open Position (using as many open strings as possible) up and down.
This workshop will be held from 1:00-2:15pm ET on Sunday, April 18th.
