Dan Hogan's Retirement As Executive Director

Dear Friends of Passim,
On June 30th, Dan Hogan - Passim's Executive Director since 2008 - will be retiring.  We have been fortunate to have such a strong leader over the past seven years and his leadership, passion, integrity and commitment to Passim will be greatly missed.  We have started the process of looking for Dan's successor and I am confident, with the strong foundation Dan has put in place, we will be able to attract someone to continue building on Dan's success and to keep Passim moving forward.
I am attaching letters from Dan, Matt Smith, and myself providing greater details on his retirement and also recognizing Dan's incredible legacy.  I encourage you to read them-it's fair to say without Dan's remarkable work, Passim would not be here today, bringing so much great music and connection to audiences each night.
We will keep you updated on the progress.  In the meantime, I know the excellent staff Dan has assembled will ensure Passim doesn't miss a beat (or a chord!)  On behalf of the entire Passim Board,  I want to thank Dan for his immense contributions to Passim and wish him luck in retirement.   I know Dan will remain an active part of the Passim community in some capacity and our doors are always open.
Warm regards,
Jerry Potts
Board Chair, Passim
