Maura Mendoza

Maura started her musical training when she was 14 years old in El Salvador and later in Panama. She attended college in Havana, Cuba and Mexico City. Her background includes musical theater, acting and dance. After moving to the US and launching her career as a solo singer, Maura has played many local venues exploring rock, jazz, acoustic and pop music. She performs regularly in the Boston area, blending her Latin roots in music with local jazz musicians.
